Hastest Solutions introduces the Hirayama TOPC-305III for testing laminated woods

Hastest Solutions Inc. is pleased to introduce the TOPC-305III, developed by Hirayama Manufacturing Corporation, an internationally renowned company. The TOPC–305III is a multi-purpose testing machine used for laminated woods. These state-of-the-art pressure testers are capable to perform not only the vacuum pressure soak tests but also the cyclic steaming tests of structural laminated lumber. These testers meet the ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials), ISO/IEC, JAS (Japanese Agriculture Standards), etc. standards as well.

This latest technology is an improvement to the conventional continuous boiling testers. Testing is not only accomplished in an accelerated test period but can also be completed in shortened cycles, therefore providing quicker results to evaluate the adhesive properties for laminated lumber.

This unique system just introduced to the US market signifies not only superior technology, but quality construction. The space saving pressure vessel is constructed of stainless steel. In addition, there are several safety features such as the lid clamping system which adopts safe and sure eyebolts mechanism. The over-heat and over-pressure prevention devices along with the pressure safety valves mounted in the TOPC-305III provides the user with additional safety features.

Hirayama Manufacturing Corporation is also popular for their patented technology for HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Tests) Systems. The latest model PC422-R8 is free from condensation and contamination problems.
